Production & Processing Time

Digital Profiles: Your digital card profile is activated instantly upon registration and plan purchase.

Physical NFC Cards: Custom printing and technical configuration of your physical NFC hardware takes 1 to 3 business days before dispatch, depending on the complexity of your custom logo design.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Timeframes

We offer local and international shipping to ensure your card reaches you wherever you are:

Domestic Shipping (Shqipëri & Kosovë): * Delivery Time: 1 to 2 business days after dispatch.
Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
International Shipping (Europe, USA & Worldwide):
Delivery Time: 5 to 15 business days depending on the destination country and customs clearing.
Express options are available at checkout if you need faster delivery.

Shipment Tracking

Once your physical card has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email (or WhatsApp message) containing your tracking number or delivery details, so you can monitor your package.

Address Corrections & Delivery Issues

Please ensure your shipping address, phone number, and full name are accurate during checkout. Innovatrix Cards is not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect information provided by the customer.
