Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Innovatrix Cards, we want you to be fully satisfied with your smart digital business card and NFC products. Please read our policy regarding refunds and cancellations carefully.

Digital Subscriptions & Plans

Cancellations:

You can cancel your subscription renewal at any time directly through your user dashboard. Upon cancellation, your digital card will remain active until the end of your current billing period.


Physical NFC Cards & Custom Hardware



Custom Printed Cards: Because custom NFC cards are personalized with your unique logo, name, or QR code, we cannot offer refunds or returns on custom-printed hardware once production has started, unless there is a manufacturing defect or printing error on our part.


Defective Products: If your physical NFC card arrives damaged or fails to function due to a technical defect, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your package. We will gladly ship you a replacement card free of charge.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable. For returns of non-customized hardware (if applicable), the customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
